Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AI Visibility Insights, operated by Tillit Pro Group, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Description of Service
AI Visibility Insights is a B2B SaaS platform that generates structured AI-readable guides (llms.txt files) from websites. We offer guide generation, analytics, a public directory, AI readiness tools, and a credit-based billing system. Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis.
Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Accounts are for individual business use and may not be shared or resold.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to scrape or copy third-party content without authorisation, to generate misleading or harmful AI guides, to circumvent usage limits, to reverse-engineer the service, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
Tillit Pro Group retains all rights to the AI Visibility Insights platform, its code, branding, and technology. You retain ownership of the content and URLs you submit. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AI Visibility Insights is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated guide content is provided for informational purposes and we do not guarantee accuracy or specific outcomes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day retention window. Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the courts of Sweden. Tillit Pro Group complies with applicable EU consumer and business protection regulations.
Privacy Policy
Data We Collect
We collect: (a) Account data β name, email address, company name, and password hash upon registration. (b) Usage data β guides generated, URLs submitted, feature interactions, and session activity. (c) Billing data β invoices, credit purchase history, and subscription status (payment details are held by our payment processors, not us). (d) Technical data β IP address, browser type, and cookies.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: provide and improve the platform; authenticate your account; process payments and send invoices; send transactional emails (guide ready, billing receipts); analyse aggregate usage to improve service quality; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Data Sharing
We share data only with: (a) Payment processors (Stripe, Mollie) for billing; (b) Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) for hosting and database; (c) Email providers for transactional messages; (d) Authorities when legally required. All processors are bound by data processing agreements (DPAs) aligned with GDPR.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Generated guides are retained per your subscription tier's history window. Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with accounting law. Anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely.
Security
We apply industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. While we strive to protect your data, no system is fully immune to risk. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Children's Privacy
Our platform is intended for businesses and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.
GDPR Compliance
Data Controller

Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR Art. 6: (a) Contract performance β processing necessary to deliver the service you signed up for; (b) Legal obligation β retaining financial records; (c) Legitimate interests β improving service quality and preventing fraud; (d) Consent β optional marketing communications.
Your Rights
As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data ('right to be forgotten'); restrict or object to processing; data portability (receive your data in a structured format); withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact us at the email above. We will respond within 30 days.
International Data Transfers
Some of our processors operate outside the EEA (e.g. Vercel, Stripe). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions, in compliance with GDPR Chapter V.
Data Protection Contact
We do not currently require a formal Data Protection Officer under GDPR. For all privacy concerns or to lodge a complaint, contact info@tillit.pro / info@tillit.io / info@allbeon.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g. IMY in Sweden).
Refund Policy
Credit Purchases
Credits are sold as one-time, non-expiring purchases. Each credit entitles you to one tool usage (guide generation, AI score, or agent readiness scan). Because credits can be consumed immediately upon purchase, all credit sales are final. We do not offer refunds for used or partially used credit packs.
Subscription Plans
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges apply. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
Exceptional Refunds
We will consider refund requests in cases of: (a) a verified technical fault on our end that prevented service delivery; (b) duplicate charges caused by a payment processing error; (c) where required by applicable consumer protection law. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@tillit.pro / info@tillit.io / info@allbeon.com with your account email, the transaction ID, date of charge, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5β10 business days depending on your bank.
Payment Security
Payment Providers
We process payments through two authorised payment institutions regulated under EU financial services law: Mollie B.V. is used for customers in Sweden, and Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd) is used for customers in all other countries. The correct provider is selected automatically based on your billing country.
PCI DSS Compliance
All card payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe or Mollie. Neither your full card number nor CVV ever touches our servers. Both providers are certified PCI DSS Level 1 compliant β the highest standard for payment card data security. We meet our own PCI SAQ A compliance obligations as a merchant that outsources all card processing.
What We Store
AI Visibility Insights stores only: billing email, subscription status, credit balance, and references to Stripe/Mollie customer and payment IDs. We never store full card numbers, CVV codes, or raw bank account details. All billing records are encrypted at rest.
Payment Disputes & Fraud
If you notice an unrecognised charge, contact us at info@tillit.pro / info@tillit.io / info@allbeon.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve payment disputes quickly and directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension. We monitor transactions for suspicious activity and may request identity verification for large purchases.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
Who This Section Applies To
This section applies to California residents accessing AI Visibility Insights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Cal. Civ. Code Β§ 1798.100 et seq.
Your California Privacy Rights
California residents have the right to: (1) Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell β submit a request via your account settings or by email. (2) Delete personal information we hold about you β submit a deletion request via Settings β Privacy tab. (3) Correct inaccurate personal information β update your profile at any time in Settings. (4) Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information β we do not sell or share your personal information (see below). (5) Non-discrimination β we will not deny, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days.
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
AI Visibility Insights does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration, nor do we share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes (Β§ 1798.120). Our third-party service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Mollie, Vercel, Resend, OpenRouter, Jina AI) act as service providers under CCPA β they process data only on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
How to Submit a Privacy Request
To exercise your rights: (1) Logged-in users: go to Settings β Privacy tab to request a data export or deletion. (2) All users: email info@tillit.pro / info@tillit.io / info@allbeon.com with subject line 'California Privacy Request' β include your full name, email address, and the specific right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity before processing the request and respond within 45 days. You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, provide a different quality of service, or suggest that you may receive a different price or quality of goods or services as a result of exercising your rights.
